Lenny and Hannah's wedding was the last wedding of the season for me, and I was so honored from the very beginning getting to know them. Even from the very first conversations we had on the phone discussing the details and planning, it felt like I had known Hannah and her mom Tanya for years. Little did I realize
Hannah's proposal came during a family beach vacation where Lenny planned for a romantic walk on the beach. Strategically, he planted a "message in a bottle" in the sand. After discovering that the message was for her, Lenny surprised her at the end by getting on one knee and popping the big question. This began the initial journey of planning for their beautiful day - one in which I was so honored capturing and celebrating with them.
When I reflect on Hannah and Lenny's wedding, a lot of heartfelt moments resurface. Most prominent were, when Lenny and Hannah exchanged the most incredible letters and gifts to each other, and Hannah's mom Tanya walking her daughter down the aisle. Every component leading up to to their day genuinely revealed to me two very important principals: the strength of family and how love prevails, always...
